Source notes & ticket conditions

This guide was compiled on 12 October 2026. Source dates below distinguish fresh checks from retained reference prices. No attendance figures have been inferred from search traffic or speaker counts.

Campaign Year Ahead

£269 + 20% VAT = £322.80. Mandatory fees not confirmed. First-phase deadline 30 October 2026. The published speaker contact is an enquiry, not an open call with a guaranteed vacancy.

MAD//North

Rendered official Cvent registration shows £605 for the two-day Standard Festival Pass. Tax and mandatory fee treatment not stated. The homepage advertises 4,000+; this is an organiser audience claim, not an audited attendance count.

LIVE: Retail Week x The Grocer

Current launch rate £125 for the first 100 tickets; tax and mandatory fees not stated. Restricted to retailers, wholesalers and FMCG businesses. The 2027 editorial call for content is separate from sponsored speaking packages.

WTSFest London

Current Tito Standard Ticket: £599 excluding 20% VAT (£718.80). Early Bird is sold out; booking fees unconfirmed. Attendee eligibility applies to women and people of marginalised genders. The previously linked 2027 speaker form is closed. The official ticket page describes 600+ fellow attendees.

Advertising Week Europe

Current official registration: Delegate £560; NewGen £240 for ages 30 and under; Student £96 with proof of enrolment. Tax and mandatory fee treatment unconfirmed. Digital-only passes excluded. “Thousands” is the organiser’s qualitative audience description, not a precise headcount.

brightonSEO + Hero Conf

2027 Friend pass £265 + VAT = £318, rising 22 October 2026; mandatory fees unconfirmed. Includes Hero Conf. The April page advertises 4,500+ marketers. Speaker pitch is rolling across the event series, not a confirmed April vacancy.

Retail Technology Show

15,000 is reported attendance at the April 2026 show, not a confirmed 2027 headcount. Free access is limited to retailers, consumer brands, leisure and hospitality organisations. Current route is register-interest; no guaranteed place.

Business of Apps London

The official website and speaker page returned a security block during the 12 October check. Date, free qualifying app/brand application and speaking route retain the 18 September source review. No successful fresh verification is claimed. Attendance not verified.

IR B2B eComm Conference

Date conflict on the live official page: header says 29–30 April 2027; body and opening hours say 28–29 April. Confirm directly before making travel plans. The free price is a prior-edition reference for qualifying B2B delegates, not a confirmed 2027 offer. Manchester Tech Week audience totals are not the size of this individual conference.

eComm Live

Standard £349 + 20% VAT = £418.80 for both days. Mandatory fees unconfirmed. Official homepage states 400+ attendees.

Digital Marketing World Forum

Current Launch Super Saver £299 for both days through 15 October 2026. Tax and fees unconfirmed. Official page advertises 3,000+ attendees. Speaking via contact form, not a guaranteed programme slot.

SocialDay

Early Bird £350 + VAT = £420 for one day, or £500 + VAT = £600 for both; advertised until 1 February 2027. Speaker proposals are for practitioners; no 101 content or sales pitches.

eTail UK

Free passes require organiser approval for eligible retailer/brand roles. Vendors, consultants and business-development roles do not qualify. An audience percentage breakdown and global brand-community numbers are not a defensible event attendance figure.

Product Marketing Festival

£495 + TAX for the individual pass. Tax rate and mandatory fees not verified; no invented VAT total. Organiser may refuse consultants, vendors and solution providers. Includes five co-located tracks, not five additional conferences counted in this list. No usable edition attendance figure captured.

CMO Summit London

Date conflict: live hero says 24 June 2027; another section says 25 June. Confirm the day with the organiser. Complimentary invitation requires senior-marketing qualification and approval. The page advertises 75+ attendees.

B2B Ignite

2027 currently takes interest registrations. £299 + VAT = £358.80 is the latest retained 2026 start-up reference, with application criteria; it is not a general or current 2027 offer. Fees unconfirmed. Attendance not verified.

ATOMICON

The £289 including VAT figure is a prior-edition official early-bird reference, retained from the 18 September review. Current 2027 discount is behind an email form, which was not submitted. Fees unconfirmed. The organiser advertises 2,000+ entrepreneurs for the event, which also offers virtual access; in-person-only attendance is not separately verified. The speaking guide says applications are rolling and may be considered for future years.

MAD//Fest London

2027 currently has a waiting list. £495 + VAT = £594 is a 2026 concession reference for charities, non-profits, freelancers and sole traders, not a general 2027 price. Fees unconfirmed. 15,000+ is the organiser’s advertised brand/agency audience, not audited unique attendees.
